Student will be able
• to identify possibilities of computer aided quality management
• to apply spreadsheet MS Excel and software Statgraphics for data processing
• to solve selected tasks with usány MS Excel and Statgraphics
• to interpret achieved results
Teaching methods
Summary
The objective of this subject is the familiarization with the possibilities of
computers utilize in quality management, the obtaining of the survey about
available software and practical mastering of selected software products.
Students will be familiar with information systems in the field of quality
management and with software means, which make possible to solve effectively
tasks within the framework of quality management systems and application of
suitable methods. For selected software products (Excel, Statgraphic, QC –
Expert et al.) students acquire procedures of data gathering, processing and
analysis, including selected quality management methods and tools
applications and graphical presentation of achieved results.

Přednášky
Oblasti využití počítačové podpory v managementu jakosti. Informační systémy.
Využití Internetu. Druhy programových produktů. Základy práce v operačním
systému DOS a prostředí Windows. Tabulkový procesor Excel a možnosti jeho
využití při řízení jakosti (Transformace dat z jiných prostředí, seřazování a
třídění dat, práce s tabulkami, práce s funkcemi, vytváření a úpravy grafů,
statistická analýza dat, vytváření speciálních úloh pro oblast řízení jakosti).
