The aim of the contents of this subject is- to understand that successful assurance of quality system is not only in direct quality management but also, first of all, depends on knowledge of people in companies.

Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: 1. – 2. Role a význam lidského faktoru v systémech jakosti s přihlédnutím k současným globálním podmínkám. Řízení lidských zdrojů, vývoj, pojetí, význam. 3. – 4. Význam personálního řízení v systémech jakosti. Realizace a hlavní úkoly současného personálního řízení v rámci podnikového řízení. Jakost a spolehlivost lidského výkonu. Podmínky efektivního využívání lidských zdrojů v procesu řízení jakosti.
