Teaching methods

Summary

Students might understand the principal consequences and reasons for creating, maintenance and development of company´s quality management systems. The explanation of key items and processes within this management is stressed with special regards to quality assurance in design stage, purchasing, production, services etc. The students also learn in more details to calculate costs and effects related to quality and another types of measurements in quality management systems. The basic features of various conceptions of quality management systems (according to the ISO, branch standards and TQM) will be explained too. The seminars are focused on case studies solving in the field of customer value analysis, use of some statistical tools in quality management.

Výklad požadavků na systémy managementu jakosti v normách ISO 9000:2000 2. Postupy řízení neshodných výrobků 3. Postupy analýzy hodnoty pro zákazníka, 1. část 4.
