Teaching methods
Summary
The acquirements of basic principles of quality management and quality
inspection and mastering of selected methods used in this field is the
objective of this subject. Students will be familiar with actual development
in the field of quality management, with requirements of quality management
systems and their implementation in companies, with total quality management
principles etc. Especial attention is paid to the basic quality management
tools („seven basic tools“), to the area of data collection and their
statistical processing and analysis and to the areas of statistical process
control, process capability analysis, quality inspection techniques, acceptance
sampling and selected methods of quality planning.

Přednášky
Pojetí jakosti, terminologie, spirála jakosti. Světový vývoj v oblasti
managementu jakosti a charakteristika současného stavu. Základní
charakteristika norem ISO v oblasti managementu jakosti. Systémy jakosti,
audity, certifikace. Požadavky na systém jakosti podle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001.
Základní principy TQM. Model EFQM pro dokonalé podnikání. Samohodnocení.
Ekonomika jakosti. Statistické zpracování datových souborů. Míry polohy a
variability. Sedm "základních" nástrojů řízení a zlepšování jakosti. Vývojový
