Summary

Anticipation and opportune solving of crisis situation, incidents and extraordinary situations are the actual problem of economical balance and living possibilities of humanity. Preparation of human sources is distributed to two back to back subjects.The first "Basics of crisis management" will allow to students basics view of safety,jeopardy and risks. The subject is thing as a theoretical basic for methods of management with emphases on chosen areas of management during IZS corporation. Emphases is do on competent legislative.
