Summary

Abstract The subject is focused especially to the procedures and methods of quality management during pre-production phases of quality spiral. Attention is paid to the processes of products and processes quality planning and to the selected methods which increase effectiveness of their realization e. g. QFD (Quality Function Deployment), Design Review, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Process Capability Analysis and Seven New Quality Management Tools.

Subject syllabus:

Pojem plánování jakosti a jeho význam v systémech managementu jakosti. Postupy plánování jakosti v koncepci ISO a koncepci odvětvových standardů. Využití technik a nástrojů v plánování jakosti. Sedm "nových" nástrojů plánování jakosti. Síťové grafy a jejich aplikace v řízení jakosti. Metoda QFD a její využití. Aplikace metody FMEA, strojmu poruch apod. Hodnotová analýza v řízení jakosti. Postupy přezkoumání návrhu. Využití principů projektového managementu jakosti. Hodnocení způsobilosti procesů, strojů a měřicích zařízení.
