Summary

The subject links up to the knowledge obtained in the subject „Quality management systems I". It is focused especially on the procedures and methods of quality management during pre-production phases of quality spiral. Attention is paid to the processes of products and processes quality planning and to the selected methods which increase effectiveness of their realization,e. g. QFD (Quality Function Deployment), Design Review, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Process Capability Analysis and Seven New Quality Management Tools.

Four-matrices approach. Design Review. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Design FMEA. Process FMEA. Process capability analysis. Machine capability analysis. Interpretation of process capability indices. Statistical properties of measurement systems. Seven new quality management tools and their use for quality planning. Affinity diagram. Interrelationship diagram. Systematic diagram. Matrix diagram. PDPC diagram. Matrix data analysis Network diagram and its use. Time reserves. Gantt diagram. Methodology of quality improvement.
