Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the contents of this subject is to understand that successful assurance of quality system is not only in direct quality management but first of all it depends on knowledge of people in companies, their motivation and their permanent and efficient education to quality. All of this will focus on the area of present requirements of the new documantation of the ISO standards and on innovative EFQM Business Excellence Model.
