Summary

The subject links up to the knowledge obtained in the subject „Quality Planning I“. It is focused especially to the specialized procedures and methods of products and processes quality planning. Attention is paid to the modern approaches to product quality planning, used methodologies and specialized methods.

Subject syllabus:

Approaches to products quality planning (APQP, PPAP) Quality plans, control plans. Advanced applications of selected quality planning methods (FMEA, QFD, FTA). Process capability analysis in the non-standard situations. Sensitivity of process capability indices to process changes. Confidence intervals of process capability indices. Process capability analysis for attributes. Measurement system analysis. Properties of measurement system. Analysis of measurement system drift and bias. Analysis of measurement system linearity. Analysis of measurement system repeatability and reproducibility (GRR analysis). Measurement system analysis for attributes. Problem solving with G8D methodology. Fundamentals of project management. Project quality management.
