Summary

The objective of this subject is to present information on possibilities of management of innovation processes in order to attain the prosperity of the enterprise. As a tool for this, the basics of innovation theory and change management is used. The background of a value management, such as information about the methods application possibilities for creation and innovation works solution build the core of topic. There are the effective tools of change management, systems and processes improvement. Management skills necessary for bringing out the changes as well as perquisite abilities of the team leaders are included in the chapters concerning the needs and possibilities of winning the company members for the needed changes. In this way the course attendants are being prepared for management of changes within the organisation necessary for securing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
