1. Students should be able to understand basic principles and concepts of TQM and recognize methods and tools for their implementation. 2. Students should be able to solve problems due to TQM implementation into organizations practice. 3. Students should be able to assess and evaluate management system maturity at the organizations. 4. Students should be able to apply methods and tools of continual quality management improvement and development

The basis of TQM. Basic principles of TQM. Description of fundamental TQM model worldwide used. The EFQM Excellence Model as platform for management system development. Human resources management at TQM. Partnership with stakeholders, including suppliers - processes and methods. The process management at organizations, their measurement and monitoring. Benchmarking and its use at organizations. Self-assessment - procedures and techniques. Logic frame RADAR and its use. Another approaches to searching opportunities for improvement. Customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement.Process, system and organization performance measurement. The Balanced Scorecard methodology and its application. Continuous improvement methodologies. The Six Sigma programs - their application in practice. Case studies and tasks solutions
