Subject syllabus:
1. Theoretical basis of SPC (SPC as testing statistical hypothesis, false signal, missingsignal, ARL). Basic models of the proces variability (see VDA 4.1).
2. Preconditions of classical Shewhart control charts+ methods for verification of these preconditions (testing statistical hypothesis, graphs).
3. Setting the sample size and control frequency, their influence on the performance of the control chart. Formation of the rational subgroup.
4. Control charts for nonnormal data.
5. Acceptance and modified control charts.
6. EWMA, CUSUM charts.
7. SPC for autocorrelated data.
8. Multivariable SPC.
9. Short Run contorl charts..
10. SPC a EPC (Engineering Process Control).
11. Theoretical basis of aceptance sampling (AS). (AS as testing statistical hypothesis, consumer and producer risks).
12. Construction of operatonal charactersitics for AS plans.
13. Systems of sampling plans.
