1. - 2. The importance of the human factor in Quality Management in Relation to Global Conditions. Human resource management, Management Trends and influences, Purpose and role. 3. - 4. Quality Management - the role of human resource management. Quality and Human performance reliability. 5. - 6. Human resources management system according to ISO 9000:2000 (basic principles), human resources according to the ISO 9001 Standard requirements. 7. Competence, awareness and training (part 6 in ISO 9001). Measurement of Education and Training Effectiveness. 8. - 9. The role of top management in quality assurance. The Motivation, communication and information systems in quality management. 10. - 11. Teamwork culture in quality management, the creative team. Quality Circles and Kaizen Teams. 12. Total quality management and corporate culture. Features of Total Quality Management. Human resource management and the EFQM Excellence Model. 13. – 14.
