Global Conditions. Human resource management, Management Trends and influences, Purpose and role.
3. - 4. Quality Management - the role of human resource management. Quality and Human performance reliability.
5. - 6. Human resources management system according to ISO 9000:2000 (basic principles), human resources according to the ISO 9001 Standard requirements.
7. Competence, awareness and training (part 6 in ISO 9001). Measurement of Education and Training Effectiveness.
8. - 9. The role of top management in quality assurance. The Motivation, communication and information systems in quality management.
