Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student obtains deep theoretical knowledge about principles, methods and tools of advanced quality management systems. He or she will be able to use this knowledge during implementation and development of industrial company´s quality management systems.

Summary
Student will obtain knowledge about: application of principles of advanced quality management systems, leadership role, quality management activities at design and development, product realization, purchasing, various measurements within quality management systems, including audits and self-assessment. Procedures and methods which lead to organizational excellence will be also explained there.
