Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The students will master the orientation of the newest principles, concepts and systems of Human Resource Management in Quality Management Systems (QMS). Based on the knowledge of some methods, measurement and tools in the human resource management will be able to analyse, evaluate and above all continuously improve the management of business processes in the QMS.

• The importance of the human resources in quality management (concepts, principles…).
• Human resources management according to actual version ISO 9000 and the EFQM Excellence Model.
• The education of the quality, measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• The philosophy of the learning organisations (forms, structures and impulses).
• Leadership role in quality management, leadership and management styles.
• The communication and motivation in quality management systems.
• Teamwork and its forms in quality management (Quality Circles, Kaizen, 5 S, IIP).
• ISO, TQM and company culture.
• Introduction to Knowledge Management (KM), definition, historical development, importance KM.
• Ethical principles of business management systems, ethics in quality management systems.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its evaluation in business practice, Creating Shared Value (CSV), international social responsibility.
• Bata Management System (link current practice in the context of business process management).
