Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
To obtain knowledge focused on explanation of quality management principles from the point of top managers view, as well as on implementation and development selected methods and tools for customer feedback and following methods oriented to discovering areas for quality management systems improvement. To understand special requirements of automotive industry to quality management systems.

Subject is oriented to explanation of top management role within quality management systems and application of methods and tools of strategic quality management as benchmarking, self-assessment, partnership with suppliers programs, excellence models etc. Part of learning is devoted to explanation of special requirements of automotive industry to quality management systems.
