Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student will
be knowledgeable in the large variety of management approaches and methodical aspects;
obtain knowledge about differences between particular managerial concepts;
obtain detailed information about principles, methods and methodology of the implementation of the selected managerial approaches (Lean production, Six Sigma, Agile, Leagile approach).
Student will be able to
apply his knowledge for the innovative development of the managerial system of the manufacturing a nonmanufacturing organizations.

The subject will offer the complex overview of the aspects of the application and methodology of the modern management and understanding of the importance of various managerial approaches and paradigms in the process of the innovative development of the management.
