To obtain knowledge focused on explanation of advanced quality management principles from the point of top managers view, as well as on implementation and development selected methods and tools for various systems measurement, including customer feedback and following methods oriented to discovering areas for quality management systems improvement. To understand special requirements of automotive industry to quality management systems.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Combined exam. Working-out of two individual projects. Passing running as well as creditś tests. Presentation at 80 % of excercises or seminars as minimum.

Customer loyalty measurement – meaning and procedures. 7. Programs of partnership with suppliers. 8. Processes, management systems and organization performance measurements. 9. EFQM Excellence Model – fundamentals and criteria. 10. Self- assessment of organizations – meaning and procedures. 11. RADAR framework and its application at quality management. 12. Automotive industry requirements related to quality management systems – part I. 13. Automotive industry requirements related to quality management systems – part II. 14. Integration of management systems - fundamentals and procedures.
