To obtain knowledge focused on explanation of advanced quality management principles from the point of top managers view, as well as on implementation and development selected methods and tools for various systems measurement, including customer feedback and following methods oriented to discovering areas for quality management systems improvement. To understand special requirements of automotive industry to quality management systems.
