Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The objective of the course: to acquaint students with the basics of Health and Safety issues and specific technology of the company in which they undergo an internship.
Acquired knowledge: orientation in health and safety issues, basic orientation in specific production technology.
Acquired skills: responsibility, understanding of the job position performed within the internship

Summary
Předmět připravuje studenty na odbornou stáž ve firmách. Výuka bude probíhat ve dvou částech. V první části budou studenti seznámeni s BOZP ve výrobním podniku. Mezi probíraná témata patří management a řízení rizik (vyhledání a hodnocení rizik, kategorizace), technické a organizační požadavky na pracovní prostředí, na organizaci práce a na pracovní postupy, školení zaměstnanců, poskytování osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků, mycích, čisticích a dezinfekčních prostředků a ochranných nápojů, zakázané práce a pracoviště (obecně zakázané práce a práce a pracoviště zakázané některým skupinám zaměstnanců), bezpečnost technických zařízení (vyhrazených, tzn. elektrických, plynových, tlakových a zdvihacích, ale i ostatních), hygiena práce, pracovně-lékařské služby (kontroly pracovišť, zdravotní prohlídky zaměstnanců atd.), bezpečnostní značení a signály, řešení pracovních úrazů a nemoci z povolání.
Ve druhém bloku bude student seznámen se specifickými požadavky firmy, ve které absolvuje odbornou stáž.

Subject syllabus:
What is an internship? HSE. Risk management and management (identification and evaluation of risks, categorization). Technical and organizational requirements for the work environment, work organization and workflows. Staff training. Providing personal protective equipment, washing, cleaning and disinfectants, and protective drinks. Prohibited works and workplaces (generally prohibited work and work and workplaces prohibited to certain groups of employees). Safety of technical equipment (reserved, ie electric, gas, pressure, and lifting, but also others). Occupational hygiene, occupational medical services (workplace inspections, health check-ups of employees, etc.). Safety signs and signals, Solving occupational injuries and occupational diseases. Fire protection. Specific requirements of companies (work with biological material, work with poisons, etc.)
