– to identify the structure of economic activity from raw materials to commodities
– to estimate main material and energetic flows in economy
– to understand economic links on both local and global scales
– to describe environmetal impacts of ecomonic activity qualitatively and quantitatively and evaluate the options of their management

1. Stabilní a vyčerpatelné zdroje surovin a energie. Globalizace.
2. Nakládání s vedlejšími a odpadními proudy chemických výrob.
3. Fosilní paliva
4. Úprava, zušlechťování pevných paliv.
5. Těžba, úprava, doprava a skladování ropy. Petrochemie.
6. Těžba plynu. Úprava, doprava a skladování plynu. Vodík a vodíkové hospodářství.
7. Techniky spalování pevných, kapalných a plynných paliv.
8. Jaderná energie
9. Výroba elektřiny, účinnost. Rozvod elektřiny. Akumulace energie.
