Summary
The course deals with deepening the study of basic mechanical properties by special mechanical properties. Practical examples are used to present the reasons that led to the introduction of special test methods in the field of fatigue, corrosion fatigue, stress corrosion cracking, fracture behaviour of steels, creep and resistance of steels to sulphate-containing environments. In addition, special methods in the field of non-destructive testing for the detection of internal defects in the bulk material are presented.
