Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The doctoral study subject Management of Enterprise is aiming at the extension of up to now obtained theoretical knowledge of master study graduates by contemporary trends, methods and tools in the area of enterprise management. On the presented case studies of successful enterprises students will better comprehend among others modern management approaches, development of organization structures and goals and content of strategic management of industrial enterprises in international environment. Students will learn modern methods and tools of management of HR, information, innovations, risks and changes and other areas of enterprise reality.

Summary
The aim of the subject is to offer the latest scientific knowledge from the fundamental areas of enterprise management. The subject assumes basic knowledge of main management sources and processes to explore them deeper in the relation with specific internal and external conditions of manufacturing companies. There are, in the frame of the subject presented and verified on case studies of successful enterprises contemporary approaches to company management and its subareas and mainly flexible organizational structures adjusting to the dynamics of economic environment.

1. Modern theories of enterprise management and their linkage to the precedent ones.
2. Contemporary organizational structures of manufacturing companies.
3. Strategic management in industrial environment of international competition.
4. Development of managerial competencies.
5. Present internal and external conditions of industrial enterprise management.
6. Modern tools and trends in HR management – an employee as a fundamental competitive advantage of enterprises.
7. Change management, management of crisis and risk management as the tools of dynamically changing and highly competing environment.
8. Management of informatics, knowledge as the tools for monitoring of competition and external environment.
9. Role of innovation management in the changing environment of manufacturing companies.
