The student will: - be knowledgeable in the field of business regulation. The student will acquire: - an overview of the sources of commercial law and their system, - basic knowledge of the objectives and functions of industrial enterprises.

Summary

The course is focused on obtaining a basic overview of business law. It encompasses in particular the conditions and framework of business, the characteristics of an industrial enterprise, an entrepreneur, and the basic terms associated with it.

- Introduction to economic policy - GDP measurement, government fiscal policy, government budget - Monetary policy, role of the central bank in the economy - Competition, unfair competition - Redistribution policy in the economy, transfers and subsidies - Legal framework of business - basic concepts, sources. - Entrepreneur. - Establishment and termination of a business company. - Trade business. - Life cycle of an industrial enterprise.
