Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Understanding the structure of global corporations. Students will be able to analyze the organizational structures of global corporations and understand how these structures are designed to effectively manage large-scale business operations.
2. Study of the history and present of the corporate sector. The aim is to provide students with a comprehensive insight into the history and present of the corporate sector, including key events, trends and developments in this environment.
3. Analysis of business models of global corporations. Students will learn to analyze and understand different business models of global corporations, including innovative approaches to production, distribution and profit.
4. Identification of key parameters of competitiveness. The aim is to identify and discuss the key factors and parameters that influence the competitiveness of world corporations in today's globalized environment.
5. Study of strategies for maintaining competitiveness. Students will learn about the different strategies used by global corporations to maintain their competitiveness and will be able to analyze the effectiveness of these strategies in different contexts.
6. Application of the theory to real world examples. The aim is to enable students to apply theoretical knowledge to concrete examples of global corporations, thereby deepening their understanding and ability of critical analysis.
7. Discussion of ethical issues in the corporate world. Students will be encouraged to discuss and analyze ethical issues associated with the conduct and strategies of global corporations.
8. Development of critical thinking. The aim is to develop students' ability to critically analyze information, assess situations and propose innovative approaches within the framework of process management in global corporations.

Summary
The subject focuses on the world's most important corporations, their organizations, business models and other important parameters of their competitiveness. Students will get to know the history and present of the world's corporate sector, the world's most important corporations and their products and services. They will also learn about the organizational structures and business models of global corporations, the key competitiveness criteria and the strategies that global corporations use to maintain their competitiveness.
