Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The subject "Business personalities" is focused on the study of the most important entrepreneurs in Czech, European and world history. Students will learn about their life stories, entrepreneurial successes and failures. The course is designed for students who are interested in business and want to learn more about how successful entrepreneurs have achieved their goals.

Summary

The subject is focused on business history. In particular, key personalities in the field of entrepreneurship both in the Czech Republic and global entrepreneurs are considered. Studying individual examples will help identify basic entrepreneurial strategies and management models. Students can use the skills acquired during the course both for personal development in the field of industrial systems management and for starting their own business in the future.
