In the subject, students will learn how to proceed with drafting and submitting patent applications, registering trademarks and assigning copyrights, and conducting legal research and analysis related to intellectual property. Overall, the intellectual property management course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive and multidisciplinary understanding of the legal, ethical, economic and social dimensions of intellectual property and to prepare them for situations where they will have to optimize these activities in relation to IP in the real conditions of the design and development of medical devices.
