Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The objective of the course is to make student familiarized with civil-law relations legislation set by legal code of the Czech Republic. Graduate will get knowledge of contents of basic substantive-law regulations governing these social relations and will get to know basic principles of functioning of procedural-law regulation – Civil Procedure Code.

Summary
By studying this course student will get knowledge of legal relations from the area of private law. The content of this course is familiarization with substantive-law regulations of civil-law relations wit emphasis on:
a) subjects of civil-law relations
b) rights in property
c) protection of personality
d) civil liability
e) civil obligation
