Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The objective of the course is to convey information on legal regulations governing commercial-law relations. Student will acquire a view of regulation of commercial-law relations in legal code of the Czech Republic and will get orientated within it.

Summary
The content of this course is mainly concerned with legal relations between business entities. Lecturing is divided into two primary parts. The first is concerned with law of individual business relations subjects. The second aims at business contractual relations with emphasis on obligations resulting from business contracts including familiarization with the specifics of business contracts of international matter.
