Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The objective of the course is to make student familiarized with legal regulations of relations between business entities set by commercial law provisions and functioning of state administration, i.e. legal regulation of relations among state administration and local authorities on one hand and among natural persons and corporate entities on the other hand.

Summary

Student will get familiarized with basics of commercial law governing specific legal relations on business field. Corporate law. Business contractual relations. Basics of civil trial. Student will get familiarized with basics of administrative law governing legal relations within realization of state administration in the state. Setup of state administration. Substantive-law regulations of chosen areas of state administration. Basics of administrative procedure. Administrative criminal law.
