Course objectives
Objective is to get theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of labor law with emphasis on most frequent issues dealt in praxis.

Summary
Subject of applied law in labor-law relations and employment rate issues. One part consists of labor-law documentation (bilateral and unilateral legal actions) and training of leading trial within labor law. As well there are demonstrated ways of calculations of individual items, which are calculated in terms of labor relation (transportation substitutions.etc).
