Course objectives
Objective is to get theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of labor law with emphasis on most frequent issues dealt in praxis.

Getting of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of labor law and social security law with emphasis on most frequent issues dealt in praxis. One part consists of labor-law documentation (bilateral and unilateral legal actions) and training of leading trial within labor law. As well there are demonstrated ways of calculations of individual social security benefits as well as eligibility for the benefits.
