Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Course objectives To make a summary of juristic disciplines lectured within subject field of study, systemization of the knowledge and mastering of practical application of these legal regulations by students.

Summary

Annotation Objective of the seminar is enlarging of acquainted knowledge of law, mainly of civil, commercial and labor law. Students will also get to know with legal regulations from other branches of law, which they encounter over in praxis. Subject is dealt encyclopedically, for practical use of legal knowledge also ways of obtaining up-to-date information via computers are enrolled.

Legislation by specifying a teacher, especially - Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms - Act. No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code - Act. No. 90/2012 Coll., On commercial companies and cooperatives (Law of Business Corporations) - Act. No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code

Subject syllabus:

1) Legal norm. Legal regulations stating legislative process. Collection of Law. Legal norm validity and efficiency. 2) Legal regulations stating private law, Civil Code and related regulations. 3) Legal regulations stating entrepreneurial activities, trading and business activities according to specific legal regulations. 4) Legal regulations regarding labour law, Labour Code and legal regulations related to salaries and wages. 5) Legal regulations stating safety and protection of health at work. 6) Legal regulations of employment. 7) Legal regulations stating procedural law. 8) Legal regulations of social security law. 9) Legal regulations stating financial law. 10) Legal regulations stating law of criminal procession and substantive law. 11) Legal regulations of administrative law. 12) Legal regulations stating intangible property law.
