Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The objective of land law course is to provide students with a comprehensive and systematic view of land-law relations and institutes in their complexity, i.e. in mutual links as they are provided in legal code of the Czech Republic, namely in provisions of constitutional, civil and administrative law. Student will get basic view and orientation in legal regulations of this branch of law.

Summary
Student will acquire knowledge of basic legal terms of land law. Landed property. Purpose categorization of land. Land-use planning. Land register. Land register office, state administration body, its competence and powers in real estate evidence. Proceedings by land register office.
In the area of administrative law lecturing will focus on state administration setup and its duties in the area of land-law relations regulation.
