Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Course objectives Brief and practical familiarization of students with legal regulations of labor law and social security law. This all with accent on legal praxis and a way of legal regulations of labor law and social security law application.

Summary

TAUGHT ONLY IN CZECH Annotation Acquiring of theoretical knowledge and practical skills within labor law and social security law emphasizing questions and legal situations most often dealt in praxis. It partially consists of training to manage labor-law documentations (bilateral and unilateral legal acts). Also practical demonstration of the ways to calculate individual amounts of social security are practiced.

Special working conditions 5. Safety and protection of health 6. Liability and damage compensation in Labour law 7. Trade unions and Collective Labour law 8. Constitutional principles of social security systems 9. Health and social insurance 10. Sickness and retirement insurance 11. Relief in unemployment 12. Additional pension insurance 13. Governmental social support 14. Social Care
