Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The objective of the course is to make student familiar with provisions of commercial-law relations and law of regulated relations concerning intellectual property. Lecturing will primarily focus on legal relations which are blended within the two branches of law.

Summary

By completing the course student will acquire knowledge of provision of commercial relations and legal relations in intellectual property law field. Lecturing of commercial law will focus on issue of corporate law and business contractual relations by contracts. By studying law of intellectual property student will get to know provision in force of copyright, rights to inventions, improvement proposals, trade marks and patents.
