Overview and orientation in sources of law.
Knowledge of basic principles and principles of law.
Basic knowledge of particular legal branches.
Basic knowledge of procedural law principles - administrative and judicial proceedings.
Closer understanding and orientation within selected legal problems and questions.

Summary
Subject is concentrated on assuming the matter, structure, functions and basic principles of law. Focusing on selected questions, the course focuses on understanding the principles, legal principles and rules of procedural law - judicial and administrative proceedings.
