Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Course objectives Provision of general view of law to students. Aim is to familiarize students with legal order as a whole, theory of law, as well as with a way to work with legal regulations.

Summary

TAUGHT ONLY IN CZECH Annotation Familiarization with role and function of law in society. Relation of the state as a representative of public authority and law as an instrument of regulation of relations in society. Students will get basic view of legal order of the Czech Rep.
