Course objectives
Provision of general view of law to students. Aim is to familiarize students with legal order as a whole, theory of law, as well as with a way to work with legal regulations.

Annotation
Familiarization with role and function of law in society. Relation of the state as a representative of public authority and law as an instrument of regulation of relations in society. Students will get basic view of legal order of the Czech Rep.

12. Act on Public Registers of Legal and Natural Persons and on the Registration of Trust Funds
