- to know the aktual change in the law
- to characterize the basic methods of psychology
- to understand basic concepts of motivation and application of theories in working life

Summary
In this course, students will be able to describe selected areas of public and private law, will be familiar with selected institutes of labour law, business area and selected matters of financial law. Students will gain an overview of current legislative changes before entering practice.
The course is also focused on learning basic of psychology and to help students better understand ourselves, other people and the regularities of psychic phenomena impact on their personal life and work performance.

11. Motivation and personality.
12. Attitudes and aspirations, values.
13. Stress. Possibilities to getting it under control.
14. Burn-out syndrome.Possibilities to prevent it.
