Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students completing the course will be able to:
- use different forms of communication;
- understand the various communication situations, apply the principles of effective communication, respect intercultural differences;
- improve their verbal expression, present on a given topic;
- engage in a conversation, ask appropriate questions, argue;
- assess theit role in the team, to work with the other members;
- identify own strengths and weaknesses with respect to professional orientation and career of researcher, formulate short-, medium- and long-term goals of personal development.

This subject is intended for future researchers. It focuses on the soft skills development so that students can improve their communication skills, oriented in a multicultural environment and be able to exploit their potential in teamwork.
