Summary

The course is intended for students of the technical sciences and economy. It is focused on expanding the knowledge and soft skills - self-management, cooperative skills, assertive skills and negotiation.

Subject syllabus:

1. Soft skills - repetition, diagnostics. 2. Personal career plan, diagnostics. 3. Development of innovative competencies (exercises for the development of creativity). 4. Teamwork. Role in the team. 5. Verbal and non-verbal influencing. 6. Maneuvering and manipulation - identification of manipulative behavior, argumentation. 7. Assertiveness. Assertive techniques (model situations). 8. Negotiation strategies - soft, hard and principled negotiations. 9. Negotiation process - phase, course, preparation for negotiations, time and strength in negotiations. 10. Negotiation tactics, team negotiations. 11. Competence models, profesiogram, labor market trends. 12. Personal SWOT analysis. 13. Work with goals - short-term, medium-term and long-term goals. 14. Presentation of career plan, feedback.
