Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students will acquire the basic concepts, categories and theories of personal management.
The course focuses on the description and the explanation of basic approaches, methods, tasks and HR management activities, taking into account the modern trends in the field of human resources (introduction of new technologies, new types of communication, labor market diversity, changes in HR processes).
