Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

To acquire basic knowledge and skills in the sphere of the social scientific research, to elaborate a research project and to construct adequate sociological techniques for collecting, analyzing and interpreting of necessary data, research report and draft of optimal measures and changes in the organization directed specifically also in the sphere of company culture.

Summary

The subject of study is divided in three parts. The first general part presents the basic concepts and methods of sociological research. The central point hereof is presented by basic techniques of sociological research, their characteristics, structure and application in connection with the method used. The specific partis focused on the application of the said techniques in research and realization of a social audit, especially in the sphere of company culture. The tuition is oriented first of all at the constrution and application of the techniques of sociological reearch with the goal to learn and apply them in studying the social reality of a company and in the research of company culture.
