Summary
The course focuses on the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills in the area of business law with a focus on business obligations and in labor law with a focus on the specificities of the sector in relation to other private sectors.

1. introduction to the subject (the constitutional principles of commercial law)
2. operators of commercial law and other forms of joint venture
3. commercial obligations - to foreign persons in the Czech Republic

8. introduction to the issue of labor law (constitutional principles)
9. creation, modification and termination of labor relations
10. wages, salary, working hours, holidays, special working conditions
11. health and safety at work
12. responsibility in labor relations

14. regulation of employment and unemployment - EU norms in commercial law and labor relations
