Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The course focuses on developing and deepening students’ language skills in business English so that they achieve language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Summary
Business Partner C1
Students will learn how to present their ideas through engaging presentations. They will get acquainted with different stages of the product life cycle and master language phrases appropriate for negotiating in meetings. Students will also get familiar with finance and investment related vocabulary and will learn how to prepare a budget report.

Other requirements
Active participation during tutorials, the completion of assigned written and oral tasks, terminology testing, 80% attendance, min. test result: 65 %.
Students are required to learn the given vocabulary and be familiar with the grammatical phenomena discussed in the seminars. Students will master both vocabulary and knowledge needed for their future careers. Teachers will check the progress by tests.
