Tourism 2 Intermediate: The aim is to acquire communication skills in professional English with the output level B1-B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Summary

A student will learn about misunderstandings resulting in unawareness of cross-cultural differences, will learn to characterize "Niche tourism", to react to specialized needs of customers with disabilities, to plan business travel and discuss receptionist's duties.
