Summary

The course is for intermediate students who have studied German at secondary school. It is focused on communication skills in tourism, management, service industries. It equips learners for everyday communication for such jobs as receptionist, hotel manager, travel guide or jobs in balneology. During the course students learn key vocabulary necessary for dealing with hotel guests, their wishes, questions or complaints. It hands on tasks like greeting visitors, showing them around the town and answering their questions. Further focus is on communication in the sphere of wellness and balneology.
