The aim is to develop communication skills in professional English with the output level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

The course is focused on communication skills in tourism, management, service industries and is suitable for intermediate learners. It contains themes such as accommodation services, dinner invitation, production process presentation, contract preparation, dealing with complaints, trade fair organization.

Mezinárodní obchod, pojmy z oblasti řízení 5. Uvítání hosta - parkoviště, recepce 6. Pobyt v restauraci - návzy jídel, charakteristika gastronomie 7. Pobyt v hotelu - služby, odjezd, business centrum 8. Informace o zajímavostech a možnostech lokality 9. Doprava - servis auta 10. Historie země a lokality - pamětihodnosti 11.
